Make changes to one text file and Computer Side Addins will automatically make those changes in every html web page that has a zaddin tag for that text file. No limit to the number of html web pages the program will update or the number of Addins you can include in a html file. For example, I added the Computer Side Addins link to the Web Page Tool Links Menu on the right while creating this webpage. I don't have to know what other files use that menu or worry about changing them because they will be updated when I run the Addin program in the folder they're contained in. And, I can rest assured those links will work because I have tested them before saving them to the text file. Moral: Make changes to one text file and run the Addin program and those changes will be made in every html file that has a zaddin tag for the file you changed.

The text files Computer Side Addins include in html web pages can contain anything you want to put on a webpage. Simply create the html code in a html editor such as FrontPage or Notepad. Once you have the code edited and corrected the way you want it, copy the code to a text editor such as Notepad and save it to a text file.

Add this simple line of code  to the code of the Webpages you want the saved code included in. (Substitute the name you give the file for newcode.txt.) Run the Addin program in the folder that contains the html files. Every html webpage that has zaddin tags will be updated in seconds. Upload the html files to the Internet and you're done.

Computer Side Addins Functions (in the order they are performed):

Automatically checks every html file in a folder and updates all the html files that contain  tags.
Automatically replaces the reserved keywords z_title, z_description and z_keywords with the title, description and keywords used in the meta tags. These reserve words can be included anywhere on the page including image alt tags, link title tags and in the text file the  tag calls.

For example this Webpage has a  tag at the top of the <body> section of the html code. The arrwhead.txt file includes the reserved words z_title, z_description and z_keywords. Therefore, every time I run the Addin Program in the folder that contains this file, the program first updates all the zaddin tags. Then, the program replaces every instance of the z_title, z_description and z_keywords with the title, description and keywords used in the meta tags for this page. I can change the title in the title tag on this Webpage and it will automatically be changed everywhere I use it on the page. This is because I only display the title of the page by including the z_title reserved word in zaddin tags.
Automatically proofreads the html tags in every html file in a folder. The program ensures html tags such as <table> has a matching </table> tag and reports missing tags in the log file. The program checks more than 25 html tag types. Beings this function is run last, the html tags in the zaddin file are checked also.
Creates a _LOG_ADD.HTM file which displays a report on the actions taken on every html file in a folder.
