Who is Photo Enhancer aka Rob?Hi, (This is how you will be greeted by me in my email correspondence with you.) My name is Rob (aka Photo Enhancer), the person who will be customizing your photo enhancements to your needs. I started doing digital photo enhancements in 1990 as a hobby. Then, in January of 1996 I developed my first website. The design of this website and my abilities to digitally enhance photos have improved over the years while my services have remained geared toward customer satisfaction. I am a born and raised South Dakotan and will treat you and your photos with that Midwestern hospitality South Dakota is famous for. My love for photo enhancement goes all the way back to the days when I pounded corn onto the murals of the World's only Corn Palace in Mitchell, SD. I operate my small business from my home and have no intention of taking your money without giving you a fair return. All the photo enhancements found on this site have been handcrafted by me. There is no trickery in any of these enhancements. If I don't feel I can do justice to your photos I will tell you so. I am dedicated to making your priceless pics into precious moments pictures. I am a 1992 graduate of Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems. I live and work out of my home in Madison, South Dakota. I have been writing C programs since 1991 and designing Web Pages since 1996. I bought my first PC in 1986 and have been writing programs on them ever since. All the programs offered on this Website have been thoroughly tested and include multiple error checking routines. Although all the programs I write are written with the user in mind, I also include a Frequently Asked Questions - Help html file for those programs that may require extra help in understanding.
